Dr. Katie Krause is a new Geriatric Medicine physician in the Durham, Peterborough, and Kawartha Lakes regions. She completed her bachelor’s and master’s degrees at the University of Guelph and completed medical training at the University of Limerick in Ireland in 2014. She subsequently returned to Canada to complete her residency in General Internal Medicine and a fellowship in Geriatric Medicine at the University of Toronto. She has been practicing in this region since 2019. She is currently staff in the Division of Geriatric Medicine at Peterborough Regional Health Center (PRHC) and Ross Memorial Hospital. She also works with the Community Care City of Kawartha Lakes (CCCKL) and PRHC GAIN teams.
